INGREDIENTS

Water, bread crumbs (flour (Wheat), starch (corn), modified starch, dextrose (Wheat), salt), vegetable protein (Soya concentrate), vegetable oil, water, starch (potato, corn, Wheat, rice), thickener (Methylcellulose, Cellulose), natural flavouring, flour (Wheat), salt, maltodextrin, spices (pepper)

HOW TO COOK

THE HOB

1. Generously add oil to a frying pan and pre heat.
2. Cook on medium heat, flipping regularly until evenly browned on each side, heat thoroughly before eating.

THE OVEN

1. Place the Fish Fillets on a baking tray. Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas mark 6.
2.Oven bake at 200 °C for 20 mins.3.Serve hot and add your favourite toppings.
