INGREDIENTS

Water, flour (Wheat), vegetable protein (Soya, Soya isolate, pea protein), vegetable oil (sunflower), gluten (Wheat), starch (Wheat, corn), thickeners (methylcellulose, cellulose), natural flavouring, salt, dietary fibre (sugar cane), colouring (curcumin, paprika extract), maltodextrin.

HOW TO COOK

The HOB

1. Cook from frozen.
2. Add oil to a frying pan and preheat.
3. Cook on medium heat for approx 8 mins.
4. Serve hot and add your favourite toppings.

The Oven

1. Cook from frozen.
2. Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6.
3. Place the nuggets on a baking tray. Bake for 15 mins, until golden brown. Check nuggets are thoroughly cooked before serving.
