Water, vegetable oil (coconut), vegetable (oyster mushroom, mushroom, onion), vegetable protein (Soya, Soya isolate, pea protein), Gluten (Wheat), natural flavouring, dietary fibre (Oat), starch (Wheat), thickener (methylcellulose), Barley malt extract, beetroot powder, salt, vitamin (B12).

HOW TO COOK

THE HOB

1. For best results, cook from frozen.
2. Add oil to a frying pan
3. Fry for ~6 mins on each side on medium heat, flipping regularly.
4. Make sure the Burger is cooked thoroughly before eating.
Note: the Burger could still remain pink in the centre when fully cooked from chilled or frozen.
