INGREDIENTS
- Wonky potato peels from 4 to 5 large potatoes
- 2 Moving Mountains Hot Dogs
- 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- Dash of paprika
- A generous tablespoon of hummus
- Guacamole from 1 super ripe avocado
- A little bit of mustard
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Use the peel left over from 4 to 5 large potatoes, reserving the peels in a large bowl. Add olive oil, salt and pepper and toss until well coated.
- Spread the potato peels in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Whilst they cook, pop the Moving Mountains plant based hot dogs into boiling water for 6 minutes. Assemble the hotdogs.
- Enjoy this waste-free treat.
