INGREDIENTS

4 Moving Mountains No Chicken Burgers

2tbsp Pickled JalapeƱos, plus a splash of pickle brine

3 spring onions

1 large garlic clove

10g parsley

120g vegan butter, softened

1 lemon, cut into wedges

METHOD

  1. First, start to cook your Moving Mountains No Chicken Burgers, following the on-pack instructions.
  2. Whilst your burgers cook, finely chop the jalapeƱos, spring onions, garlic and parsley. Add to a bowl with the softened vegan butter and beat together. Season with salt and pepper and set aside. (You can do this in a food processor or mini chopper if you have one).
  3. Next, add the butter to a saucepan and gently melt to form a buttery garlic sauce.
  4. Serve the chicken burgers doused in the butter, with mash, your choice of greens, a garnish of parsley and a wedge of lemon.
