1) Cook from frozen.
2) Add oil to a frying pan.
3) Cook on medium heat for 8–10 minutes in total.
4) Fry for a few minutes on each side until nicely browned/caramelised, moving around regularly.
5) Make sure the Sausage is cooked thoroughly before eating.
