WHAT IT IS:
Sustainable plant protein fillet with a flaky texture wrapped in panko breadcrumbs. The Moving Mountains®Plant-based Fish Flavoured Fillets are like a timeless British favourite – just add chips and mushy peas for that seaside experience at home.

vegetable oil (sunflower, rapeseed), starch (maize, potato, Wheat, rice), thickeners

Hob

1. Cook from frozen.
2. Add oil to a frying pan.
3. Cook on a medium heat for 8–10 mins.
4. Fry on both sides, flipping regularly until the outside has browned slightly and the inside is piping hot.
5. Make sure the Fillets are cooked thoroughly before eating.

Oven

1. Cook from frozen.
2. Preheat oven to 200°C/ Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6.
3. Place the Fillets onto a baking tray.
4. Bake in oven for ~20 mins, flipping half way, until golden brown.
5. Make sure the Fillets are cooked thoroughly before eating.

 

All appliances vary, cooking instructions are provided as a guideline only. Ensure food is piping hot and cooked thoroughly prior to serving. Cook from frozen. If thawed or cooked, do not refreeze and consume within 48 hours. Do not reheat.
