Sustainability analytics organisation, Eaternity, reviewed the environmental impact of the Moving Mountains® Burger in comparison with it’s beef counterpart in a life cycle assessment. The results show a significant reduction in the amount of water, greenhouse gas emissions and land used in the life cycle of a Moving Mountains® Burger compared with beef.
