Storage – Keep Frozen -18 or below. DO NOT re-freeze once thawed.

Directions PLEASE READ.

All appliances vary, cooking instructions are provided as a guideline only. For best results defrost fully in the fridge before cooking. Ensure food is piping hot and cooked thoroughly prior to serving.

Frying pan

  • Preheat frying pan to a medium
  • Oil the pan, then place the raw burger in the centre of the pan.
  • Cook for 3 mins each side on a medium DO NOT OVERCOOK


  • Preheat oven to 180 / fan 160 / gas mark 4. Place burger onto a preheated baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 15 – 20 mins, turning the burger over midway.


  • Preheat BBQ to medium heat and grill for 5 mins each side.

If cooking from frozen

  • Fry for 8 to 10 mins each side on medium heat.
  • Oven cook for 20 to 25 mins, turning midway.
  • BBQ/Grill 8 mins on each side on medium heat.

Note: the burger could still remain pink in the centre when fully cooked from fresh or frozen.
