INGREDIENTS

4 Moving Mountains Burgers

2 vegan brioche buns

4 slices of vegan cheddar cheese

1 large tomato, sliced

4-8 slices of gherkins

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp of Dijon mustard

2 dashes of Tabasco sauce

4 tsp of ketchup

 

Burger Sauce:

2 heaped tablespoons of vegan mayo

1 heaped tablespoon of tomato ketchup

1 teaspoon of Tabasco Chipotle sauce

1/4 iceberg lettuce, shredded

1 teaspoon of vegan Worcestershire sauce

METHOD

  1. First, start to cook your Moving Mountains burgers, following the on-pack instructions. Once, you have flipped the burgers, brush each cooked side with a ½ teaspoon of mustard and a dash of Tabasco.
  2. Next place your vegan cheese slices on your burger to melt during the final minute of cooking. Cover with a lid to help melt your cheese if necessary.
  3. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the burger sauce. In a small bowl, mix the shredded iceberg lettuce, vegan mayo, tomato ketchup, Tabasco Chipotle sauce, and vegan Worcestershire sauce together until well combined.
  4. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  5. Assemble the burgers by spreading the burger sauce onto the bottom bun, then add your shredded lettuce, your cooked cheeseburger, another cheeseburger, plenty of ketchup, gherkins, and tomato slices. Secure with a Moving Mountains Burger flag and dig in!
