INGREDIENTS

Wonky potato peels from 4-5 large potatoes
2 Moving Mountains Hot Dogs
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Cheeky bit of salt and pepper (to taste)
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
Dash of paprika
A generous tablespoon of hummus
Guacamole from 1 super ripe Avo.
A little bit of mustard

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C
  2. Use the peel left over, from 4-5 large potatoes, reserving the peels in a large bowl. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl and toss the potato peels until they are well coated.
  3. Then, spread the potato peels in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the potato peels are golden brown and crispy.
  4. Whilst they’re cooking, pop Moving Mountains plant based hot dogs into boiling water for 6 minutes. Assemble your hotdogs.
  5. Enjoy this delicious waste free treat!
