The Moving Mountains® Sausage Burger is a succulent plant-based burger and a trailblazing innovation containing all-natural ingredients, with a structure that reflects the taste and texture of pork, but is made entirely from plants.

Each Sausage Burger is delicately seasoned and made from a combination of oyster mushrooms, pea and wheat protein. The burger contains zero cholesterol and is free-from hormones and antibiotics.

The Moving Mountains® Sausage Burger makes a mouth-watering and unique meal and can be served in a classic burger bun as a great alternative burger for those who prefer the taste of pork to beef. DO NOT re-freeze once thawed.

All appliances vary, cooking instructions are provided as a guideline only. For best results cook from frozen. Ensure food is piping hot and cooked thoroughly prior to serving.

  1. Cook from frozen.
  2. Add oil to a frying pan.
  3. Cook on a medium heat for ~12 minutes in total
  4. Flip burger regularly until nicely browned
  5. Make sure the Burger is cooked thoroughly before eating



  • Do not pre-heat then re-cook.
  • Once thawed, do not refreeze.
