MOVING MOUNTAINS EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Moving Mountains Sunshine Hotline – Terms and Conditions

Campaign Duration

The Moving Mountains Sunshine Hotline campaign will run for two days, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the 11th and 12th of August 2023.

Product Ordering

In-Person: Consumers can obtain products in person by visiting the phone box located at 44 Rivington Street, London. They should use the hotline to speak with a Moving Mountains team member and place their order. The ordered chicken burger & beef burger retail pack will be provided through a hatch for them to take home. The product will be handed in a temperature-controlled bag with an ice pack. However, consumers are advised to follow the product instructions and place the items in their freezer as soon as possible.

Phone Orders: For those unable to visit the phone box in person, consumers can call the hotline number. By placing a phone order, they will receive two product coupons, each redeemable for one Moving Mountains burger retail pack, at participating retailers. The gift cards will be valid until the 30th of September.

Product Contents

Consumers who receive products in person will be given two retail packs containing two burgers each, along with a cool bag and ice pack. Moving Mountains are not liable for the condition in which the product arrives to the consumer. Consumers obtaining products through phone orders will receive two gift cards, each equivalent to one retail product (burger pack).

Distribution Limits

In-Person Orders: Physical retail packs of burgers will be distributed on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. A maximum of 1500 burgers will be distributed, with a limit of 1 pack of 2 burgers per person.

Phone Orders: There is no limit to the number of gift card vouchers. Everyone who successfully places a phone order will receive gift cards. However, phone orders will be subject to availability.

Delivery Schedule

The gift card coupons for phone orders will be sent via Royal Mail First Class on the same day as the order is placed, at the latest by the 12th of August. The actual product delivery time may vary based on Royal Mail postal times. Moving Mountains is not liable for the loss of gift cards in the postal system.

Eligibility

Participants must be aged 17 or over to place an order. Only one entry per household is allowed.

Freezer Access

Consumers who order products in person are advised to have access to a freezer post-event to store the product properly. In case consumers lack freezer access during the specified hours, they will have the option to pick up a coupon at the event as a replacement. We recommend the product is put into a freezer immediately post-event, and do not recommend eating if the product has defrosted and has been stored in un-chilled conditions.

Data Privacy

By placing an order, consumers allow Moving Mountains to send the requested item. Personal data will not be shared and will be destroyed once the gift cards are dispatched.
